What I love most about the Corduroy Twist pant in Dusty Pink is how they add a suddle hint of color to your outfit.  They are the pants you look at and wonder what you could possibly wear with them, but do not look too far into it- they actually go with almost everything.  One of the biggest trends for fall is color blocking and mixing psychedelic prints with colored bottoms.  Perfect for the not so loud - but trendy girl.

Personally, I am obsessed with this Drapey Poncho (pictured on the right).  I am always looking for something comfortable to throw over a basic tank that isn't a sloppy hoodie- but feels like one.  This top does the trick!

North Shore Animal Adoption Event

Last week animal lovers flocked to Prime- An American Kitchen and Bar of Huntington to show their support and dedication to North Shore Animal League.  Hosted NSALA’s spokes person Beth Stern and sponsored by Hamptons Magazine, Shopthegirlsroom.com and Ferrari and Maserati of Long Island.
Guests were greeted by models selling raffle tickets in beautiful dresses provided by The Girls Room. Luxury cars were displayed for visitors to look at along side the NSALA mobile adoption unit that was filled with adorable puppies and kittens available for adoption.

Over $14,000 was raised in donations and 7 lucky puppies were adopted and provided safe and loving home.
